3.1.1. Tab: Data for the report
A list of all stereotypes defined in the project’s repository which are to be included in the generated report. You may select one, few or all stereotypes in order to include them in the report or deselect when you do not wish to include them in the report.

A list of all statuses defined for the objects in the project’s repository which are to be included in the generated report. You may select one, few or all statuses in order to include them in the report or deselect them when you do not wish to include them in the report.

A list of all users who are the authors of the objects in the project’s repository. You may select one, few or all authors in order to include them in the report or deselect them when you do not wish to include them in the report.

In this field you may enter the fragment of the object’s name used as a filter to limit the number of objects displayed in the List of objects. The typed phrase relates to the Name of the object from the project’s repository.

A list of all objects in the project’s repository which meet the selected restrictions and for which the report can be generated. Requirements, use cases, etc. may serve as those objects.
Important! Elements from this list cannot be taken into consideration when generating the report.

3.1.1.7. List of difficulty levels
A list of all difficulty levels defined for the objects in the project’s repository which are to be included in the generated report. You may select one, few or all levels in order to include them in the report or deselect them when you do not wish to include them in the report.

A list of all priorities defined for the objects in the project’s repository which are to be included in the generated report. You may select one, few or all priorities in order to include them in the report or deselect them when you do not wish to include them in the report.

The button for refreshing the information in the all fields and lists of the Report Wizard form. The selected filters in the lists of the Data for the report tab are not active. Please notice that it may happen that an object will be changed or added in the project’s repository. In this case, click Refresh button to update the data in the Wizard.

By enabling this button you filter and display in the List of objects or the List of Requirements (depending on the selected requirement) the objects for which the Name matches the phrase entered in the Name fragment field. The filters defined in the lists of Data for the report tab are taken into consideration as well.
